What we collect
For matching: your goal, an optional injury or health note, budget range, district, language, whether you want sessions in person or online, and your email address. For professionals: name, email, profession, certifications, district, languages and years of experience.
Health information is sensitive
We ask only for what matching needs. The injury note is optional, and you choose how much to share. We never ask for diagnoses, medical records or your doctor's details.
How we use it
Only to find suitable professionals and to email you your options. With your agreement, we share the relevant parts of your request with the professionals we suggest. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
A small MatchFit team who review matches during early access, and the professionals you choose to contact.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after your last request, whichever comes first.
How to delete your information
Reply to any email from us, or write to us from the address you used, and ask us to delete your details. We will confirm once it is done.
Your rights
Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you.
